A home inspection is a limited, non-invasive examination of the safety and condition of a home. A home inspection provides an opportunity for a buyer to identify any major issues with a home prior to closing. It is not necessary for you to be present for the inspection, but it is a good idea. Once the inspector has completed the inspection it is highly recommended that the client is there so that the inspector can walk the client through the property.
